Organic coconut oil is made from young coconuts there were procured by Annapurna farm of Auroville from responsible organic farmers in its bio-region. The coconuts were cold pressed in a small machine at the Annapurna facility and sealed carefully in glass jars.
Our result – The color is transparent; the texture is smooth; and the flavor is mild, sweet, fresh and yet sophisticated. You can use this as a great addition in your cooking, for lighting lamps or for your personal care uses.
